Remove Mental Blockages

Liberate the Body, Mind, and Spirit

Our problems start from what we bring in our body:

            -thoughts

            -food

            -prana

According to Ayurveda, the 6 stages of diseases are: accumulation, aggravation, dissemination, relocation, manifestation, disruption

Humans often develop energy blockages in their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in their abdomens and physical body. Human neurosis is not just a mental concern: It takes up residence in body posture and emotional expression. The body couldn't change without the mind and vice versa

The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression and worry cause the most damage. Problems can also be caused by over-work, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food and bad posture.

In search of an outlet, these negative emotions and toxic energies move into the abdomen, which can process some of the body's emotional garbage. It is usually unable to keep up with the flow. Once the disease is installed and is manifested, Massage is one of the methods to clear this blocked energy. It clears out the toxins, bad emotions and excessive (or deficient) heat that cause organs to dysfunction. Internal Cleansing is also essential.

Body‘s language

Usually, your body tries to tell you when something is wrong. Paying Attention to what it's saying (or its symptoms) is the first step toward understanding the cause of what you're experiencing. Then, you can identify ways to deal with symptoms and their causes and try to prevent them from coming back.
The truth is, we all feel blocked from time to time. We all experience frustrations, problems, confused emotions, negative self-judgments, and limiting beliefs that prevent us from being happy and enjoying life to the fullest. Through Awareness, we can remove mental blockages and become the loving, joyful, and successful person you want to be!

Low self-esteem is at the root of nearly all mental blockages. It is low self-esteem that causes us to get caught up in searching for love and fulfillment outside of ourselves. Consequently, we find it difficult to feel good about ourselves, to be happy in the moment, and to create the kind of life we desire. There are many factors that contribute to low self-esteem - our upbringing, negative beliefs, doubts about our abilities, fears of loss or failure, feelings of anger, resentment, and guilt, to name a few. And because of these blockages, we have unknowingly restricted the flow of our love, creativity, and personal power to a fraction of our capability.

Hear its innate wisdom
We should try to understand how our mental blockages have developed, how they function, and how we can release them to let the light of our Eternal Inner Self shine through.

The key to health and healing often lies within the mind, especially before the disease reaches the physical body. Medical science has proven that your mind can make you sick -- or well.

A powerful system combining meditation, breath control, bodywork, stretching exercises and mindfulness may be developed for strengthening your mind to control your physical well-being.

By accessing the subconscious where all negative feelings and negative beliefs are stored.  You will become aware of your sabotage and self inflicted limitations.  Awareness is the key to Life Changing Experiences.  Break through our states of unaware and become conscious of some of our negative life patterns. As you access your subconscious mind, lasting positive change is inevitable.

We should learn how to feel and maintain a sense of balance in my body, heart and mind. , learn how to protect our self through awareness. We set about cultivating a relationship between our sensations, our feelings and our thoughts.

In developing a loving relationship with the wisdom of the body and truly listening to its messages, much of this could be prevented

Two approaches:  mind-body techniques and body-mind techniques.

Techniques such as guided visualization, meditation, some breathing exercises and Chi Gong are mind-body disciplines, because externally the body is still, but internally the mind is "active." There is "conscious movement" of thought or images and/or breath.

Whereas Yoga, T’ai Chi, walking meditations, moving Qigong, Massages and Body cleansing are body-mind techniques because externally the body is moving, but internally the mind seeks stillness.

The two approaches are complementary; the first one is more preventive and the second more curative.
