What

Meditation
is a technique to transcend the usual limitation of human consciousness. It
enables us to access to higher levels of awareness.
The stillness during meditation slows down the metabolism of the body,
which relaxes. It has a great therapeutic benefit.
Meditation
allows, to increase our awareness of our physical, psychic and mental bodies, to
master our different selves and to connect with God, the Universal source of
life within and all over the Universe.
Meditation
allows us to grow and become more spiritual. It is the main objective of our
